Thanglai Daulagupu

Following the passing of founder N.K. Daulagupu on 20 January 1986, Thanglai Daulagupu assumed responsibility for carrying the family enterprise forward. Under his leadership, the legacy expanded beyond its roots in construction and development into a broader portfolio spanning hospitality, commercial assets, cinema, tea estate operations, rental activity, and long term asset stewardship. Guided by continuity, responsibility, and a commitment to enduring value, he has helped preserve the vision of the founder while positioning the enterprise for future generations.




Delai Dao Daulagupu


The youngest son of founder N.K. Daulagupu, Delai Dao Daulagupu joined the family enterprise in the early 2000s and represents the next generation of leadership within the business. He began his journey as a financial analyst and auditor for Hotel Elite, gaining experience from the ground up before rising through the organization to the role of Vice President. Today, he helps carry forward the Daulagupu legacy with a focus on financial discipline, continuity, and long term value.




Tapan Nath

Tapan Nath joined the firm in 2009 as Manager to Mr. Thanglai Daulagupu, initially overseeing construction tender processes and related project coordination. Through years of dedicated service and operational involvement, he grew into a key member of the organization’s leadership structure. Today, as Head of Projects & Operations, he plays an important role in supporting project execution, operational continuity, and the firm’s long standing legacy of dependable delivery.
